By creating an account and accessing any courses, workshops, or materials offered by The Ōnda Collective, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These guidelines help protect you, honor the container we create together, and support a safe, meaningful learning experience.
1. Our Work Is Wellness-Focused, Not Therapy or Medical Care
Everything we offer (courses, workshops, videos, practices, reflections, coaching and community spaces) is designed for education, self-discovery, and general wellness.
It is not mental health treatment, medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for individualized support from a licensed professional.
2. No Therapeutic or Clinical Relationship
Your participation does not create a counseling, therapeutic, medical, or patient–provider relationship with Daniela Young, MS, CGC, or The Ōnda Collective.
If you need mental health, medical, or therapeutic care, please reach out to a licensed healthcare provider who can support you directly.
3. You Are the Author of Your Journey
You are responsible for your choices, your well-being, and how you apply the information you learn here.
We offer tools, insight, and inspiration but you bring the transformation.
4. No Guarantees, But We Deeply Believe in Your Growth
Each person’s experience is different. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
It is our hope, and our encouragement, that you engage with the content with intention, openness, and a level of commitment that supports meaningful personal impact.
5. Respect for Our Work & Materials
All course materials, videos, tools, graphics, worksheets, and written content belong to The Ōnda Collective. Please do not copy, distribute, or share them without written permission.
6. Community Conduct & Belonging
We hold this space with care. You agree to participate with respect and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to remove access if community safety or integrity is compromised.
This is a space where everyone belongs.
7. Technology Happens
We do our best to maintain smooth access, but we are not responsible for outages, technical issues, or service interruptions within Thinkific or related platforms.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to any changes.
